Join Chef Eddie and learn how to make your own pasta and gnocchi from scratch using ingredients you probably already have at home. From mixing to kneading to rolling, and cutting or shaping, homemade pasta is one of the most useful recipes to have in your repertoire.
The hands-on class begins with pappardelle — wide and flat egg noodles — served with a rich Italian sausage bolognese. Next, make crispy gnocchi and chicken pesto with garlic, basil, pine nuts, Parmesan and olive oil, and fried banana cannelloni with Nutella for dessert.

Enjoy the classic favorites of a French brasserie in this private chef experience with Chef Chris. First, enjoy creamy carrot soup with thyme, leeks and cream, and fresh mussels with your choice of a white wine sauce or baguette toasts and olive oil. Next, sink your fork into a flaky tomato and gruyere tart, and champagne-poached pears for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

In this class, Chef Josh shows you how to make fresh, plant-based sushi from scratch.
Join Chef Josh to learn how simple it is to make sushi from scratch using all fresh, high-quality, plant-based ingredients, and smart cooking skills and professional knife techniques.
Begin the hands-on cooking class with miso soup with kombu and scallions, then learn how to make vegetable nigiri with sushi rice, roasted red peppers and kabocha squash. Next, you’ll compose hosomaki and makizushi with sushi rice, nori, crunchy cucumber, creamy avocado, asparagus and sesame.
